Here is another professional calibration disc.

This Blu-ray disc comes in a standard Amaray DVD caseand features 20 different test patterns in 1080p resolution mastered at 24fps.

Actually this disc was already created in june 2008 as you can see from the disc.

I never found it in any auction so I guess it must be a very rare item.
