Topic: hd trailer on a pen drive

maybe silly question but  am not an expert.

Just downloaded a trailer split in parts in different  rar files.
How can i get them  together when extracted ?
After that, is that ready to go on a pen drive ?
I have a samsung led tv series 7  but do not have a blue-ray drive
so the only way to view the trailer is by using a pen drive connected straight on the usb port of the tv.
Pls help

Hi,
after downloading the rar files, use winrar or a similar programm which can handle rar files and unpack them. The final result is an one file m2ts file. You can put it of course on a pen drive, but i don't know which video formats your samsung tv can play. Just put the file on it and try to play.

Thank you Bernd,
on my user manual  it says it can read *.ts files so think it should work, I hope.

Just try to rename the .m2ts file to .ts and give it a try.

Yes, it worked !
Extension M2ts  was not recognized  but  the same file  renamed with extension .ts just worked out fine.
Thank you.
