Topic: Joining parts of files

This is a superb site as I've been looking for excellent quality Dolby / THX trailers. Well done.

Now I will apologise if this has been asked before and is also really obvious!!!!

I've downloaded parts for example

hd_other_bbc_motion_gallery_life_in_the_blue_in_hd.part1.rar
hd_other_bbc_motion_gallery_life_in_the_blue_in_hd.part2.rar
hd_other_bbc_motion_gallery_life_in_the_blue_in_hd.part3.rar

and when I extract each one, they are all the same size and the same file name. I thought I was IT savvy but I must be 'blonde' today as I can't figure this one out.

Any help would be appreciated.

You only need to start extracting the first part. It will automatically extract all the other parts too. It will give you an error when a part is missing or corrupt. Please put all Parts in the same Folder.

Doh! of course. I havent seen this rar splitting for sometime and now it all comes back to me. Just like riding a bike.......
