I wonder, how do I convert (software / codecs etc) videos that I have here that are in MKV format and want to convert to AVCHD (for example this video of you, Beautiful Scenery - Amusement ***NEW*** ) that is the right format for my TV?

i checked the details of your TV and saw that it can play over USB the format: AVC/AVCHD/DivX/MPEG4
The Clips here are all encoded in AVC, so pleasy try first without convert. If not pleasye download the programm multiavchd, which is free. With that software you can create an avchd and copy it on the usb stick. This must be working fine !
